At Sarang, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return Policy and Procedure carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used candles
  • Perfumes, fragrance oils, or diffusers once unsealed
  • Gift boxes or deals where individual items have been opened

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

3. Return Procedure

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@sarangs.shop
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Clear photos or video showing the issue
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days
  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared with you

Please do not send any product back without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by Sarang
  • If the return is approved for any other valid reason, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items
  • Product availability may affect exchange timelines

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
