At Sarang, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return Policy and Procedure carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used candles
- Perfumes, fragrance oils, or diffusers once unsealed
- Gift boxes or deals where individual items have been opened
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
3. Return Procedure
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@sarangs.shop
- Include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days
- If approved, return instructions will be shared with you
Please do not send any product back without prior approval.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by Sarang
- If the return is approved for any other valid reason, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility
5. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 working days, depending on the payment provider
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items
- Product availability may affect exchange timelines
7. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
